Overview
The Kewtech EZYPATPLUS is a user-friendly, battery operated, non-downloading PAT tester that has been optimised to be able to conduct test on appliances which require a power supply in order to be fully tested, as well as manual dead tests on Class I and II appliances and extension leads. The EZYPAT PLUS is capable of performing all of the tests that the EZYPAT can carry out, including: Features: 200mA earth continuity tests (IT safe) Appliance status pre-check (can be used to check whether the appliance under investigation is on or off) Quick continuity check (1 second) 5-second continuity check 250V DC insulation tests (IT safe) 500V DC insulation tests Substitute leakage tests (with selectable parameters) Extension lead tests However, the EZYPATPLUS is also able to conduct leakage tests at 110V and 230V. The results of these tests are displayed clearly on the large backlit display which turns red to indicate a failed test and green to indicate a pass. Other additional features of the EZYPATPLUS include labelled function keys to enable the user to run automatic test sequences, as well as a Test Lead Null setting which ensures insulation readings are not affected by resistance found in its test leads. Included with the purchase of the EZYPATPLUS is an Extension Lead Adapter, an Earth Continuity Test Lead with Probe and Crocodile Clip and a mains lead meaning that this PAT tester can be easily adapted to perform a number of tests in a range of environments. Ergonomically designed, the Kewtech EZYPATPLUS PAT Tester is lightweight and can perform up to around 1400 tests before the batteries require changing.
