With its generous eight litres, the large frying basket offers enough space to cook even large quantities of food and to provide it with a crunchy layer. A dial with a stepless thermostat is easy to operate with digital temperature control, so every food gets just the right amount of heat. The deep-fryer's cold-zone procedure is also very professional: the oil cools down in the lower, separate area, while in the upper area, thanks to the free heating element, keeps the selected temperature precisely. Heated oil rises, cools and sinks on the outside walls into the area below the heating element, where it cools down. Frying residues can therefore not burn on the bottom of the pot and affect the taste of fried foods: everything tastes wonderfully fresh. An attachable lid with window prevents hot oil from splashing out during frying and allows you to keep an eye on the food inside the fryer. Of course, the safety was also considered: during operation, thanks to Cool Touch Housing, the handles always remain pleasantly cool. After deep frying, thanks to the oil-drain technology, the oil can be drained quickly and easily thanks to the convenient and easy-to-use spout. From the outside, the stainless steel housing of the fryer is not only nice to look at: after the preparation, the device inside and outside quickly cleaned again.
