75cl / 12.50% - For this 2017 vintage Bin 311 Chardonnay from Penfolds, grapes were sourced from vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, Tasmania and Tumbarumba. Fermentation took place in barrels, followed by an eight month maturation in French oak, giving it some nutty vanilla notes among the crisp fruit. An especially good pairing with seafood.
