70cl / 42.00% - From the family-run Copper Frog Distilling comes Copper Frog Gin. The only botanicals that have been revealed are juniper, coriander, angelica and orris root, with the other more local botanicals kept top secret. After distillation in Jenny the pot still, it's blended with water drawn from Lake Wimbleball in Exmoor National Park. Each bottle is hand-filled, labelled, and wax-dipped before it's batch-numbered and signed by the distiller. We hope, one day, to dress as well as that fancy frog on the label.
