70cl / 42.80% - Amontillado is the pinnacle for many sherry fans, developing intense character with age, including notes of nuts, orange peel, and sometimes sweeter notes of butterscotch. When a cask is emptied, there's plenty of that sherry goodness left behind, ready to be lapped up by whatever it's filled with next. We thought it'd be fun to stick some gin in a little octave cask that previously held amontillado, leaving it to rest for 19 months before releasing a total of 65 bottles for our exclusive Master of Malt collection.
