The Gravity: Analog Turbidity Sensor for Arduino was designed by DFRobot to detect water quality by measuring the level of turbidity, or the opaqueness. Measuring water quality is now easy and affordable using the Analog Turbidity Sensor compatible with Arduino. The sensor is able to detect suspended particles in water by measuring the light transmittance and scattering rate, which changes with the amount of total suspended solids in water.
